Almost no career opportunities, lack of organization (some projects might be organized, not the ones I have worked on), they neither recognise nor pay overtime (they delete it from the system), they force paid days off in place of national holidays, they have numerous subcontractors who hire you every year to avoid the salary increases that are obligatory when you work for them after 3 years.
