Pros
Benefits - The best around. So many benefits are available day one.
Schedule - 2/2/3 is very flexible
Pay - No one pays like Takeda in the area. Not to mention the bonuses can be pretty good.
Cons
Benefits - With benefits being so good, so many people take ill advantage of them and ruin them for the people that actually need them.
HR Policies - very liberal policies. HR doesn’t really care about the people.
Culture - Dayshift culture versus night shift culture is literally night and day. Dayshift is nothing but politics, while night shift is dramatic but more realistic.
Pay - The pay is good but not what it should be. People are struggling and global HR doesn’t care.
