What is the salary like at The RealReal?

Good pay, good direct management, great benefits

Too many office politics, ridiculous work load, no support from higher ups, no opportunity for growth

Hours are flexible, the pay is good if you hit quota and earn commission, and the team was supportive

The quota is monthly and very high. Consignors can be difficult and a lot can go wrong operationally and then the ALM has to answer for it and that can be extremely tricky and unpleasant. You do get unlimited time off but your quota is then not adjusted.

It’s a steady job- unless they do layoffs. You can work independently but always have co-workers to help when questions come up.

Pay was solid and there was WFH opportunities

Constant changes in expectations, more and more work every week it seemed. Became impossible to keep up with KPI's to receive solid pay from our incentive structure and the clients we dealt with were insane so it just ended up not being worth the headache even though pay was decent. I know since I worked here they basically revamped the whole team so pay is probably much lower now.

Be part of a team. Good pay.

Extremely little pay for the amount of work you do daily. You get paid double the amount working at a fast food place than the paid you receive here. Not allow to sit, have to stand 9+ hours. Warehouse setting very factory setting. Its not as glamorous has others may say. Its worst than if you work for places like Amazon.
