Pros
- Unlimited PTO & fully remote - Big name clients that can help you learn new skills/add to your resume - Recharge weeks - Most people are great to work with and super friendly
Cons
- Unrealistic workloads: As a Senior Manager, I was responsible for managing 10 clients in addition to a team of 10 people. I consistently shared with my leadership team how burnt out I was and that I needed help, and I was consistently told this is the new structure and that there are staffing constraints so no changes can be made - Public awards are simply for PR, employees rarely hear about these - Product team demos new products to clients without informing or training employees first, and then we are left to scramble when clients have questions - Horrible health insurance - Exec team that is out of touch and performs layoffs every quarter, but has hired about 3 new execs this year with a salary of $350k+ - Upset clients that threaten to leave due to severe staffing issues and turnover, while middle management has very little to no support from senior leadership
