How is management perceived at Tire Kingdom?

The pay is decent compare to other offers I received.

The work environment here at Tire Kingdom is very problematic and hostile. The workplace is filled with negative energy because of the toxic and hostile managers. They radiate negative energy and negatively influence not only the workplace but also the employees themselves. Your mental and emotional well-being are at risk here.

We don't run short of work to do and that's what keeps the company running.

Forced to work more than the weekly 40 hour shift because we're terribly understaffed. It's due to the high turnover and the ones to blame is non other than the management! They pay us terribly for an exhausting and unreasonable amount of work!

The management is filled with verbally abusive and rude people. The managers here are extremely disrespectful for absolutely no reason! One second the employees are just minding their own business and the workplace is quit, but then the next second you'll hear some yelling and insults being hurdled by the managers.

The experience I gain will always be useful for a career in this industry.

I've always felt stressed and confused ever since I started working here at Tire Kingdom. As a sales associate, I was never given the right resources and support by the management. Most of the things I've learned here I've learned from my experienced co-workers. I don't think the leadership is doing its job at all.
