Pros
- Day shift, fixed weekend offs
- work from home
Cons
- peanut salaries
- name sake training. There is no training department at all. You are expected to watch some videos, upload a lot of screenshots, and before you know it your training is over within a couple of hours. No on job training whatsoever. You'll directly land in operations right after the training
- there is no proper team structure. Your team lead also will be doing the same work as you, except he/she will also have a few additional tasks in top
- there is extreme lack of approachability. The only way you can contact someone in the company is either through internal messenger or email
- unrealistic targets worst than an outbound sales company. They expect you not even to scratch your butts during the shift. Just keep calling. Just for name sake it's 8 hours shift but you can't log off until you've met your targets for the day
- they hire and fire as per their convenience. In less than 3 months our team of 35 sunk to just 22. That's 4 attritions per month just in one department
- managers behave like bosses than leaders. They don't even have basic sense of talking to someone like they are human beings.
