Ability to pick up any projects you want or even start your own. Everyone is helpful and willing to meet and share ideas. This place is the definition of good work culture.

Not a lot of oversight on day to day operations or even week to week. You must be a self starter and very driven research tech.

Postdocs have a PhD but their salary is is very less compared to industry standards
