Limited Work-Life Balance – Sometimes the workload can be overwhelming due to delays and schedule flight change, leading to long hours or stress. Heavy Workload – Employees may feel overworked, especially in peak times of travel spring and summer break seasons. Medium to low payrate which leads to a significant turnover rate.

Flight benefits are okay but I believe they are making them worse…

Upper Management was very incompetent, always understaffed, underpayed, toxic environment, deorganized, little.to no career opportunity or advancements and some schedules are fine but others feel like exploitation

Unifi is a fast growing company that actively promotes from within. There are so many opportunities to grow your career.

The pay is not the best depending on which station you work for, but the flight benefits are good.

Unifi Aviation’s higher management struggles with handling criticism and lacks receptiveness to valuable input. The compensation doesn’t align with the stress and training demands, impacting job satisfaction. Additionally, the company falls short in promoting a healthy work-life balance and doesn’t adequately provide necessary equipment for efficient task completion.

Great company to gain experience and opportunities to further in career if you have the drive. Flight benefits not bad especially for contractors (unifi) other contractors don’t have any.

I’ve been with the company since February & started off as an Airport Passenger Assistant or “Wheelchair Assistant” just got promoted and I’m excited to start my new path. Our trainers have lots of enthusiasm and confidence in us. It’s great to see how many growth opportunities there are. I love working with this company and the wonderful team so far.

I do think APA’s deserve more than $12.25 considering the fact that they do so much in a short amount of time with the passenger. Taken into restroom breaks assist and with their bags, helping them step in and out taking them shopping getting them something to eat. For the passengers barriers translating on your tablet device, For our senior passengers who are a little bit confused or lost their family on their phones to ensure that they are where they are supposed to be etc. I enjoy being an APA I would love to see a pay increase for all.
