How is management perceived at Vanguard Field Strategies?

Getting to work for a positive cause. Getting to meet amazing people all over America. The management is great and flexible. This job can allow you to save a lot of money.

You have to be able to walk alot and NOT be afraid to talk to people. There are no cons.

Can't think of a single one

I don't even know where to begin. A field director(supposed "boss") showed me the "data" on the back end from months of work and 90% of it was all fake! Most of the staff that stays on for a while is only there because they are friends with the next level up. Favoritism runs at the most extreme levels. I walked in on the "supervisors" hammered drunk in the middle of the day with canvassers like me. Then those same canvassers were getting rewarded for knocking doors while they were at the hotel getting drunk. They have lots of lawsuits out there for lying to clients and have many more on the way for how they treat the staff. They never follow through on anything they would tell us. I was being constantly sexually harassed by one of their directors. When I complained about everything and tried telling them about the fraud I was terminated and sent home in 24 hrs. STAY AWAY!!!
