Freedom to get your work done without micromanagement
Plenty of hours and easy to get overtime
Co-workers were mostly friendly and easy to work with
Yearly company paid outing/party
Good Morale and atmosphere if you work at the right location
Cons
No real direction on your Dailey tasks
No training or direction if you don't know how to do a certain task unless your In good with management
Extreme favoritism from management, some of the worse I have ever seen
pay is hourly and the pay for the type of work is terrible and company takes advantage of that due to the distance from other jobs in the city.
No true Holidays off, if you have off for a Holiday you have to make it up on Saturday.
Hours consistently changed in the beginning.
No tool allowance, you must purchase/pay for every tool you use.
Severe lack of communication in management and management to employees.
Lots of cutting corners due to budgeting issues amongst management.
Extremely poor advancement opportunities unless you relocate
