I actually do like my job itself.
Cons
Painfully outdated workplace, broken or barely working equipment, forced, unpaid weekly overtime, ridiculous productivity expectations, condescending, self-important management, workplace cliques everywhere, wildly understaffed, all resulting in a mediocre, at best, product. Just supremely unprofessional on every level, while expecting the utmost dedication from their staff. Awful PTO. Weirdly, despite understaffing, you're made to feel like your job is constantly in jeopardy and you're disposable.
