This is an extremely toxic culture that I cannot ever recommend joining. they keep buying companies and catering to their "new" employees over the original team. and those same "newly acquired" employees have seniority over you and deserve your hard-earned title they said no longer exists. *for years I was told a job title/ position does not exist within the company. Only for it to be given to someone else 2 months later. I was also told by the director that my current position is not an actual career- numerous time, he told me that to my face (probably trying to push me out of the company) then being overlooked for several promotion opportunities because I cannot afford to continue my education..
