1. The store is open 24 hours which is great, however, you cannot contact the store after 7/7:30 p.m. 2. You get your schedule for the upcoming work week just 2 days before that next week begins 3. I worked in the Deli which was awesome, what was not awesome is that week over week the Deli manager consistently made changes to the upcoming schedule over the weekend and the Schedule app (UKG Pro) does not update over the weekend due to company settings that WinCo currently has. That same manager also fails quite often to verbally communicate those schedule changes. There is a printed schedule that he will write the changes on, but if you neglect to check that before your shift is over on tge weekend it can lead to absences. 5. The probationary period for new employees is six months unlike the 90 day period that most companies follow.

I have really enjoyed almost three years at the corporate office in Boise, ID. I look forward to continuing to grow my career with this company. Some of the biggest pros I have experienced while working for WinCo are: 1. The Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription benefits are very affordable. 2. I have hard working and helpful peers. 3. My leaders are visionary, empathetic, and driven. 4. I have grown my knowledge, skills and abilities. 5. The vacation package has improved since I initially started. 6. The office is a productive and modern working environment. 7. I am satisfied with the pay. 8. I enjoy the hybrid work schedule. 9. WinCo is a growing company.
