      Pros

It depend on the client company whom they supply as manpower

      Cons

This review is on experience on Worley India,Mumbai(HR team & PM). During the interview, the company promised long-term projects and encouraged people to leave there secure job. However, after joining, the reality was very different. It felt more like a manpower supply company rather than a stable employer. After joining, there was constant pressure to submit many documents and sign bonds and notarized agreements that were not mentioned during the hiring process. For expat roles, accommodation was promised, but the rent and other components shown in the salary were much higher than actual market rates. The full rent amount was taken through a third-party agent. It appeared this was done to show higher taxable income, and later employees were asked to return the tax refund amount to company without proper proof of tax payments. This was never explained during salary discussions. Many policies and expectations were only shared after joining and were not intentionally clearly explained during the interview. Employees were often let go within a year, especially around the end of the financial year. Later came to know that this had happened to others in previous years as well. After leaving , getting full and final settlement, as well as relieving and experience letters, was delayed. In some cases, employees were again asked to sign bonds with unfavorable terms. Another issue was communication. Email queries were never answered in writing, and they preferred phone calls, leaving no proper record. Overall, there is a lack of transparency, clear communication, and consistency in company policies.
