Pros
Free food during shift during the 20-minute paid break. Nice staff.
Cons
Atrocious management especially with shifts and stock. Due to the head company wanting to make more profit, so cutting labour costs like making one or two person working during the lunch rush hour is nuts. Imagine as Front of House member, you would have to welcome guests and sit them, go through a briefing them or even tell them what you dont have for the day, take orders, grab drinks and food, grab spoon or fork when they ask, double check on the guests, take their bills and then clear and set up the table, and repeat. Looks tolerable on paper but when you a have quite a queue outside and a full house inside, it can be draining when people are being very rude to you, like “i am sorry but there’s only me and the other person to serve the people inside, if you can’t wait then there’s mcdonald’s or nandos nearby”
