Leadership is more focused on maintaining appearances than addressing real issues within the organization. Many Glassdoor reviews feel fabricated or forced, as employees are pressured by Leadership to leave positive feedback. LEadership is unstable , lot of churn. Several layoffs for no concrete reasons. Engineering team has some good presence in India
