How are the career development opportunities at unybrands?

Nice People, good teamwork, and collaboration across platforms.

No bonuses or incentives, lack of leadership, lack of career path, personal growth. My view was they only see you as an expendable unit in the company, and once your job is done, either you get transferred to a new department (which hinders your growth opportunity as you start over again), or you get sacked.

Lots of career development and freeway to drive the business forward. Also exposure to senior matters quickly if you prove yourself competent.
