Interview
HR screening and direct talk with hiring managers. It felt ok, discussion was both about previous experience, leadership skills and balancing the two. There was no technical test, just a few questions. I got a "no" based on some awkward reasons, such as "you do not know exception handling well enough". Like... What? After 13 years in the industry I'm sure I know that part. They probably didn't want to pay up.
