Initial introduction call with the engineering manager. Second interview was a live-coding interview using React. I would rate this experience positively, except for the fact that the interviewer ghosted me after the technical interview (followed up twice). I get that people are busy can't always provide useful feedback for candidates, but blatant ghosting is a bad look for the engineering team and 10x Genomics in general. At least fire off a vague, boilerplate rejection email so I can rest assured that I didn't just get lost in the process.
