We not require prior experience for the entry level, we look for other important qualities in each candidate. We believe in cross-training each individual at the entry level to unsure a full understand before taking on a management role. We market our clients product inside the biggest retailers in the country and have wonderful success doing so, however the position is much more than being inside retailers.
