Interview
The recruiter reached out to me to tell me about this position. I did an interview and then went to the office to have another interview with the manager. He scheduled me for three days of working on the trucks and it was good, hard work. After that, I took a driving test. The recruiter stayed in touch with me during the holidays because the working interviews were scheduled 3 weeks after the office interview. I was informed about each next step and it was to maintain my interest, and I appreciated that aspect.

Interview
I applied when someone I trust told me about the company and thought I would be a good fit. I went through a screening interview and then an interview with the manager at the office. After that, I worked for three days in a row, with different people who evaluated how I was doing. I got to also see about the work, and I enjoyed it. I first started as a Navigator because everyone does, and then got promoted to drive the trucks.

Interview
The interview process was thorough and informative. The first step was an interview with Jo in the HR department. We spoke about the job description, my background, and the 123 Junk culture and values, it was an excellent experience. At the end of the interview, she informed me she would speak to the owner, Collin, about the next step. Shortly after the call with Jo, Collin contacted me about a second interview with him. This interview went over the job description as well and what is expected out of this position. He was very passionate about the values of the company and how integrity and gratitude goes a long way. Once concluded, he informed me he would speak with Jo and get back to me in a day. As promised he contacted me the next day with an informal offer and that Jo has started the paperwork for the formal offer.
When all was said and done I really appreciated the due diligence of the interview process. They are a company that looks for quality and not quantity. The person joining the company (family) needs to be the right fit, one who has similar values.
