Initially I wasn't very sure if the position was the right fit, however the recruiter encouraged me and put me in contact with one of the current employees in the same role to learn more about the role. After this very useful conversation I decided to apply for the role. The interview process allowed me to get a good idea of what it would be like to work with different people within the company, not just within my team, but also other areas like Product and Development. The process consisted of both behavioral and technical interviews, to help them understand how I would respond to or tackle certain situations with clients and from day to day work. The questions also acted as a filter to make sure I at least demonstrated interest in and had some of the basic concepts from the AdTech and MarTech industries and technologies, such as knowing what a third-party cookie and an API was. Overall interviewees were very kind and the experience was very positive making it easy for me to already know that if I received an offer it would be a place where I could see myself working.
