I applied and disclosed my disability and other health conditions and had a call with the Talent Advisor who was really lovely and understanding. She took on board any additional needs during the interview process and I really felt like a person rather than another number.
I was moved onto the first stage interview, this was an hour long competency based interview via Teams.
I was then moved onto the final stage where I met with the two hiring managers in the office and had an hour long face to face interview. This involved an in-tray exercise and some more competency based questions.
I was then offered the role a week or two later!
