I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 1st Global Capital
Interview
The total interview process was pretty easy. There were barely any questions asked. They looked at my experience and saw that I was qualified due to my recent experience reviewing documents at a law firm.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 1st Global Capital (Hallandale Beach, FL) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was hired through Triumph Professional Staffing. I called them to inquire about a position and the next day they called me back with an interview time at 1st Global Capital for the same day. I went in around 2:00 pm and sat with a few executives. We said our introductions, they asked questions and I went on about my day. The next day they had an offer for me through my recruiter. I negotiated and we agreed on a start date and salary. They did fail to answer a few of my questions but I think it was because they are still developing their processes and procedures. They are still a startup company that is growing rapidly, so that is probably why they are hiring so much. I imagine they need all the help they can get. (Which isn't a bad thing for a candidate looking to get hired.) The process was very simple. I really enjoyed interviewing with them. I was nervous about the role but they kept their promises and it was a good choice that I accepted the position. There is a lot of opportunity for growth.
