Angenehmes Gespräch und sehr gute Transparenz.
Das Interview lief per Telefon, ohne vorherige Terminvereinbarung. Entsprechend ein eher kurzes Gespräch, in dem alle Fragen meinerseits beantwortet wurden.
Gesamtes Bewerbungsverfahren lief schnell ab, Feedback nach dem Interview gleich am nächsten Tag.

Chaotic. Unprepared. Lack of interest. Haven't read through my CV beforehand. They clearly did not want to go through the hiring process themselves but they needed new personell. HR department is missing completely. The interview process has been prepared by a person from the finance department.
