Speedy, efficient and accommodating with regards to the interview scheduling. This was a really good initial sign as they are a small organisation but everything was very professional and I was always kept in the loop about my application status.

Interview
I submitted a CV and completed application questions in a form sent by 2050 Climate Group. I was successful, and was asked for an interview. I was interviewed by the manager and one Board member. The interview took less than 1hr, and was enjoyable. It took around 5-7 days to be contacted with the interview results (I was successful), I think because interviews were spread over several days.
