Got a call because resume and profile was on dice.com Wasn't too happy with the location but I decided to to see what the recruiter had to say. I agreed to a phone interview which was conducted by my future boss. Was given a little grief on the call back and offer when I said I needed 5 minutes to call and see what my wife had to say.
