Interview
Seems like a great company, but the interview process could be revisited. My experience with the first interview was comically bad, it felt quite unprofessional and disrespectful as the recruiter I got to speak to took himself a bit too seriously it seemed. He cut me off multiple times, and it also didn't really seem like it mattered what I was saying in answer to his questions. Furthermore, he answered a personal call during the (30 minute) interview.
