It was very informal and briefing chat just so the manager get to know your and afterwards you have 2 training shifts in which you get to collect glasses get familiar with the places because it is pretty big and get to know the rest of the staff. Also the food and beverage manager is really friendly and she would never shout at you for something you did not do right and more than welcome to explain everything.
