They called me in for a face to face interview and then sent me off to complete 2 written tests. The first test being two hours, consisted of a general programming question and then theoretical questions. The Second test being 1 hour was only programming. Thereafter I was given a survey style evaluation to fill out which consumed about 15 - 20 minutes. All together the entire process took just under 4 hours.
