Interview process was a little strange. They sent me an invitation to “interview” after 3 weeks of submitting my application. I was invited to take part in a pre recorded video response interview meaning I wasn’t in front of an actual person. I had no idea how my answers were perceived and no one to actually follow up with. Two weeks later I got a response that I wasn’t selected but without feedback.
