Interview
Firstly, a phone call by a recruiter who was very nice and knowledgeable. No tough questions here. Explained position, went over your work history. Secondly, Zoom interview with a regional manager. She was extremely nice and went over everything thoroughly. Went over your complete work history and why you wanted the position. Nothing Difficult. Thirdly, Different Regional Manager called and we spoke for about 15 minutes and job offer followed.

Interview
I had three interviews for this position, and each step was very informative and professional. The first two were done virtually, through video and phone, and the third was in person. The team clearly explained the role, expectations, and next steps, which made the process feel very transparent and organized. Overall, it was a positive and helpful experience.

Tell me about your experience in sales. How do you approach closing a deal?
Difficult interview questions but they were respectful. I found the interviewer to care about me and what would be best for my career. Really liked the manager I interviewed with.
