The most stressful process of my life. Not because the technicals were asked, but because it was the hardcore salary negotiation, as it is done in the roadside shops. At every point, it was reminded to us that we are paid salaries so we should comply with all the rules putting our head down. Working in this organization means forget your self-respect, your family time, become a slave.

Applied through Linkedin,then direct interview with CEO of company. They are quick with applications. Atmosphere is good and office also. I liked their behaviour. They were very helpful. It was one on one interview with CEO , general questions. Offered only 15k for full time digital marketing manager/specialist.
