360 Live Media interview questions

Horrendous. I was interviewed 5 times. Two different times with the President of the company Don Neal and once in a 2.5 hour working session with creative director and head of operations. They had no ability to make a decision. After 4 week process they said they put the position on hold only to repost it 6 weeks later.

It was a waste of time. i agree that they aren't organized. they set your hopes high yet you constantly have to keep checking in to know where you stand. they seem nice but i think they seem unsure of what they want. process took almost 4 weeks but overall the process could take 3 months because it's a 5 step interviewing process.. it's not necessary. communication is lacking
