Regarding the preparation materials, our intention is to give candidates enough context about our product, culture, and way of working so that discussions during the interview can be more relevant and insightful. However, we understand that this may have felt excessive or misaligned, and we will reflect on how to better balance preparation expectations.
We are also sorry to hear that the interaction felt distant or unpleasant. We are reinforcing internally the importance of creating a welcoming and respectful environment during every interview, in line with our Convexity principles.
