Thanks for your feedback! The initial interview is more of a meet & greet interview so that we can get a feel for the candidate's personality, skills that they want to utilize in the next position and their overall career goals. We then give a brief overview of the company and our management in training program. We ask follow-up questions to make sure that initially it's a good fit to bring them back in for a second interview where we get into a lot of detail about the position, advancement and pay. Please feel free to give us any feedback on how we can make the interview process better.
