After submitting an application online, I was invited to submit a one-way video interview via Spark Hire. Interview questions appeared on the screen, and although there was a time limit for responses, I was able to record unlimited takes. One of the questions made no sense, but unfortunately, there was no way to get clarification on what they meant to ask, so I had to wing it.
