Straightforward first interview - behavioral and relatively informal. Gaining insight on your interest in their work etc. and asking about your experience that relates to the work they're doing. Seems like a great place to work

There were 2 rounds of interviews, one with a recruiter which was recorded responses and then one with the hiring manager. Both very kind and reasonable questions, the one with the recruiter was tough because the questions were non specific and repetitive
