Tell me a time you used your engineering skills to solve a problem outside of work
It was ok, the main questions were about technical skills and some questions about communication skills and managing skills. Several rounds of interviews and one technical presentation where the candidate should present his previous work.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 3M in Nov 2021
Interview
They hiring team reached out but maintain poor communication at times and they lost documents I’ve sent in but overall they made up for it. The interviewer was friendly and there was no technical test per say more like technical experience was dwelled on.
