2 interviews process
1st with my, soon to be, Manager. After asking me some basic behavioral questions and showing me the 4-Tell technology, he asked me to write a cold call email. He must've liked my email because he set up a second interview with the CEO.

Interview
The interview process is extremely straight forward with 2 portions.
Are you qualified to do the job you seek?
Aside from job function, are you going to be a good addition to the team?
The team is NOT homogeneous - everyone has their own quirks, qualities, and skills. And I think that is what Ken and Neil are looking for in prospective employees - openness and honesty about what you bring to the company on all levels.
