I had been applying for this position for a while but never heard back from them until I decided to reach out to the HR directly on linkedin. I left a message suggesting that I can be a great fit and I am surprised I've never had a call back from them. At this point the HR lady reached out to me and gave me the impression that I was exactly what they were looking for based on my experience. I was interviewed the head agile delivery and 2 scrum masters, the scrum masters didn't have to say much so the director person did most of the talking throughout the interview. It did seem like they dealt with a fair bit of politics - but the interview process was alright. They have a semi-mature scrum process in place it seems. They had be sit across the table from them and started asking questions. It was a lengthy interview process, somewhere in the vicinity of 2 hrs. I thought it went okay, but I am surely biased. The worst part is that after spending my valuable time, no one even reached out to me with feedback. I never heard a word after giving them my valuable time. I don't mind not getting the job, but what I do mind is being called in for a 2 hr. interview and not getting any feedback the next day. Pathetic process.
