Interview
The first interview was over the phone, It took about 10 minutes. The interviewer gave me an indication of my pay rate and asked detailed questions about my resume. I was asked for the reason I no longer worked in each position. Other questions asked: Describe a time you went over beyond your expected role? Tell me a time you played an essential role in your position for the success of the organization/company? How proficient are you with computers and how did you use it in your previous jobs?
The next week I was scheduled for a second interview in-person at 407 etr headquarters. I met with two representatives of the firm. Both were very pleasant and kind. The questions were all behavioral, situational and role play. In the final segment of the interview, I was taken to a computer lab to do a data entry test. Everything was straightforward and someone with familiarity in customer service would do fine. Good luck.

Interview
I went for customer services role recently, there is two members at the panel, asked customer related questions and have two scenarios to role play to check your customer handling skills. Moreover, they check you how quickly you manage your day to day calls. Eg AHT questions and gave sample scale that you may need improvisation. Finally Number plate data entry and listen to customer services role plays and questions in the video. No reply yet from 407 ETR
