      Business Analyst Interview

      17 Sept 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Georgetown, IN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at 42 Lines (Georgetown, IN) in Oct 2018

      Interview

The hiring process is rigorous but well thought out. It begins with a phone screen followed by a virtual interview with team members. If you pass those stages, then you take a practical test where you end up doing a few hours worth of real work that you then submit. If they like the quality of the work, then you have a follow up interview to go through your submission and field questions from team members. This is the final step before an offer could be extended. If you receive an offer, you will have a final interview in which you can ask any questions you wish of the team to help you decide on whether you'll be taking the job.
