We wanted to reach out and apologize for your experience, as that is absolutely not the impression we look to give of our organization. Believe it or not, it is in our best interest to be as transparent as possible with interviews because hiring & training costs incurred are useless if an individual doesn't understand their primary job responsibilities. With this being said, we do recognize that there was a gap in communication and take full responsibility. As a part of our Management Training Program, we are actively teaching our team members the art of interviewing and with that comes constant room for improvement. We are glad that you had a perfect understand of what we did during orientation after speaking with our CEO, and that you two were able to conclude that this was not in fact the position you were looking for professionally. All in all, we wish you the best of luck, apologize for lost time, and hope you find the office based position you're looking for.
