The interview process was fairly easy. I applied online, received a call to come in for an initial interview 2 days later. The initial interview was brief, mine was only about 15-20 minutes while people who went in before me seemed to range anywhere from 5-20 minutes. I was offered a 2nd interview immediately. The 2nd interview started with paperwork asking you about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, and a personality test. I met with an account manage who had been working with the company for a little over a year. He asked me some questions about myself, why I wanted the job, etc. He then went over how the company is structured and some of the general pay I could expect. I was thrown by the fact that there was no base pay and it was all commission based, I did not know that when I went in for the interview. The interviewer assured me that making $600 a week was very easy, but that's his job, to sell this company.
Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. It was intimidating to sit in a room of 8 other candidates while I waited for my second interview. I ultimately turn down the job because it was too risky to leave my current job where I have a steady hourly pay for something that is solely based on commission with no benefits or travel reimbursement.
