Interview
2 interviews are given. The first one is a preliminary interview with manager to get some common ground. Second interview is about an hour long where you have to take notes concerning the job. You start as a sales rep then if you are good enough you can move up the ladder to management. You have to make sales by going door-to-door in designated area.
