Interview
The interview was very casual and they mostly asked about my experience and why I had chosen retail. I mentioned how I enjoy training and customer service. They want leaders and so were very interested in my leadership experience. I had one interview wit a recruiter on the phone. Another with a field consultant in the store, and a 3rd with the market manager on the phone. They mostly conversations and the other party talked more than I did.

General scenario questions, how would you respond to a customer complaint?
Common questions, really easy to pass this interview. Fresh graduate can try to apply this position. If you want to learn about retail management things, than you can try this. But the workload was quite though.
3 On-site and one paper test. The process was a 3 week course and as soon you're in you can work right after the interview depending on store manager.
Interview involved language proficiency and behavioral question. For example if there is a staff causing problems how would you deal with it and why you think that way.

The area manger ask me a couple of questions and then later on. I got a called from cooperate saying I got the position. I was definitely happy. He told he was going to call me in a couple of days because he was still doing more interviews.
