      Field Training Specialist Interview

      11 Feb 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at 7-Eleven in Mar 2011

      Interview

I went through a total of 8 interviews. The beginning of the series went rather quickly, then it tooks months to complete. I had a job when I started, so not dependent on getting the job. I kept constant contact with the recruiter, they were rapidly growing so I just think they weren't able to process as quickly as they would have liked.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I had to literally stand in front of a webinar and give a training demonstration. Although I understood the reasoning, I had never "auditioned" before, a little unnerving, great experience though.

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2011

      Interview

Multiple interviews, overall a total of 8. I would go weeks without hearing anything from recruiter, I would reach out to stay connected. I interviewed with a total of 5 different people, video conference, phone calls and in person.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I had to video conference and prepare a 10 minute training segment to a panel. The directions were unclear as to whether you could provide an outline to the panel. This was the hardest part of the process, overall questions were standard; previous experience, goals, what could I bring to the company.
