I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Canton, NY) in Sept 2021
Interview
Fine at first but I had a very specific schedule that I needed and I communicated that in the interview and she said "Ok!" so I was under the impression that the job was okay with that. The the first schedule came out and I was scheduled to work on all of the three days I said I wasn't available. And THEN I was told "Weekends aren't guaranteed". Which is fine, except for the fact that I wouldn't be working there if I was aware of those circumstances. I was also told I was going to be scheduled with multiple people on truck days, which has proven to be false on multiple occasions. Overall, it was said to be a different experience than what I am currently going through. It's mentally draining and I am very unhappy here.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Easy, quick, and polite manager. Took no more than 15 minutes and was told I can start the following week. Inquired about previous retail experience and if I had worked at a convince store before.
I applied online. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Edmonton, AB) in Sept 2025
Interview
They scheduled the interview and once I got ready spend my time to reach there they said they already hired someone. Why are you wasting time of people if you already hired.
Application
