After applying, I received an email from their HR team inviting me to a Google Meet interview. The interview was conducted by the CEO himself. Afterward, I was told that the HR team would send me a personality test and a Photoshop test.
The personality test turned out to be an MBTI test, which I found somewhat amusing—I wasn’t sure if it was a serious business assessment or just for fun. The Photoshop test involved recreating one of their Instagram posts, which was easy for me.
I advanced to the second phase of the interview, which was conducted in person at their warehouse/office. Once again, the CEO was the interviewer, and he asked me almost the same questions from the first interview. He attempted to review my Photoshop work, but his desktop computer didn’t have Photoshop installed.
Throughout both interviews, he asked if I had any questions—probably more than ten times. He mentioned he would let me know by the end of the week, but I never received a follow-up email or phone call.
